«Le développement du BPM (Business Process Modelling) au Parlement Européen est un objectif important du Secrétariat Général pour la transformation de notre institution. À ce titre, il a recueilli notre besoin au moyen d'entretiens des 'stakeholders' et il а modélisé une cartographie BPM de haut niveau composée de diagrammes de "chaîne de valeur ajoutée" afin de trouver un modèle commun à l'ensemble des activités des unités de production de notre Direction. Ce travail a soutenu efficacement les réformes que notre DG a entrepris autour du BPM et, notamment, la structuration de nos activités de publication. Par ailleurs, M. KESTENER a également réalisé une étude prospective basée sur des analyses SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) L'ensemble de ces travaux a été présenté par M. KESTENER dans un rapport nommé "EDIT Active Processes 2020" qui a été apprécié. M. KESTENER est autorisé a présenter la méthodologie et l'approche qu'il a choisie pour cette étude aux fins d'illustrer son travail et ses compétences.»
